Explanation of terms

"SINUM" refers to the electronic software owned by the organization that allows users or individuals to download the Sinum application to their smartphones using advanced technology to create accounts through Facebook messenger, automate business and customer relations, and provide products and services.

"SINUM" is to allow the User to automate their business products and services through social networks using Sinum.

"Customer" means an individual or an organization who registers with SINUM and receives SINUM exclusive services.

"Registration" shall be understood as a Member user who has voluntarily entered his personal and organizational information and created the "My Account" menu based on having read and accepted these terms of service.

General stuff

Before any User uses the services offered by SINUM, the Terms of Service shall come into effect for the User after carefully reading and agreeing to these Terms of Service and clicking the "Agree" button.

The User's failure to properly read and familiarize themselves with the Terms of Service shall not be a reason to assume that the User has not read, understood, or accepted the Terms of Service or any of its provisions, or to exempt the User from any obligations or responsibilities.

The Terms of Service are subject to the Privacy Policy, and by reading and agreeing to the Terms of Service, the User agrees to the rights, obligations, and responsibilities related to SINUM's services. The user is reminded not to use any of the services offered by Sinum (application) unless he agrees to the Terms of Service.

The organization has the right to make amendments and changes to the Terms of Service on a unilateral initiative, and if the User does not delete his account, the amendments and changes will be considered accepted.

The organization will inform about amendments to the terms of service by e-mail and the SINUM application before they become effective.

Since the Organization cannot personally verify the legal capacity and competence of the individual creating the account, the User who chooses to accept the Terms of Service shall be deemed to have the legal capacity and competence.

Registration

Registration will be created based on the user entering the following information into SINUM, and the Member user is fully responsible for the accuracy of the entered information. It includes:

• Name
• E-mail address
• Password
• Facebook ID
• Facebook page ID
• Facebook page access token

The user has the right to change the information he entered at any time.

The user is responsible for keeping the login name and password strictly safe and has no right to transfer them to others or use them in any other way to third parties. If there is a problem such as lost password or account hacking, the Organization is not responsible, and the user should immediately notify the Organization.

Service

SINUM services are available only for mobile phones and include the following services:

• Create a chatbot
• Reply to comments
• Selling goods
• Providing electronic services and making appointments
• Operator services

Payment

Our charges for monthly plans are posted on our application's subscription section and may be changed from time to time. If any part of a month is included in the Term, then payment is due for the full month. Payments are due for any month on the same or closest date to the day you made your first monthly payment (the “Pay Date”). If you go over your sending limit and reach another pricing level, then you’ll have to pay at the higher level on or before the next pay date. If the Term ends before that payment is due, you’ll still be required to make one payment at the higher level.

We’ll give you a refund for a prepaid month if we stop providing our Services to you for a reason that’s not laid out in these Terms. You won’t be entitled to a refund from us under any other circumstances. We may offer a refund if a user applies for one based on the requirements posted on our app.

We may change our fees at any time by posting a new pricing structure to our website and/or sending you a notification by email.
